Cancellation by Guests
Guests may cancel their reservation subject to the following terms:
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
Early Departures
If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the confirmed departure date, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.
Guests who fail to check in without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.
In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
