Vaux Residencies is a partnership founded by Ethan Carter and Oliver Hayes, built on a shared background in property, travel, hospitality, and property management.
Our experience in the industry has allowed us to develop not only our own apartments, but also systems designed to deliver a smooth, professional guest experience. As we continue to grow, we also aim to work with other property owners by managing and optimising their short‑term rental properties, helping them attract more guests and maintain high-quality reviews under our management.
